Preliminary inspection, design, supply, installation, adjustment and commissioning of variable speed drives. Modernizations of the outdating direct-current drive systems. Warranty and maintenance service.

Our partners:

-  Concern ABB (the supplier of ACS-type frequency converters of low (0.4kV) and medium (up to 10kV) voltage for electric drives equipped induction motors of any power as well as converters for DCS-type direct current drives.
-  Corporation TRIOL (the supplier AT-type frequency converters of low and medium voltage for electric drives equipped induction motors.
-  Company RockwellAutomation (the supplier of frequency converters of medium voltage for  electric drives equipped induction and synchronous motors of any power.

Officially the group was founded in 2004, although the company carried out such projects since 1999.

During this time the specialists of the group carried out the following work:

-  Preliminary inspection of auxiliary mechanisms of power plants on the possibility of implementation of variable speed drives including feasibility study.
-  Design and realization of projects for  replacement of direct current drives of  raw coal feeders by induction variable speed drives at coal-fired power stations.
-  Design of projects for  installation of variable speed drives at district heating pumps, feeding pumps and etc.

At the present time the specialists of the group develop a new line of activity, such as the reconstruction of low-voltage switchgears.

This is due to the fact that it is possible to integrate frequency converters to the modern low-voltage switchgears.

We have already carried out a number of projects for design, supply and adjustment of the modern switchgears.

ABB is our main partner in this field.

The specialists of the group have trained and have certificates for the right to work with the frequency converts of such manufacturers as Siemens, ABB, TRIOL and others. They also have certificates for the right to work with ABB low-voltage switchgears.
